What’s the Price?

The price depends on your specific goals, and how long you want the journey to be with me. Please fill out the application form for me to contact you and discuss your goals.

How long is the program?

There is a minimum commitment of 3 months, but you can stay as long as you need.

Will I speak with Eric prior to signing up?

Absolutely. Prior to starting I will reach out to you and we will go over your goals, the program, and how everything will work over the phone.

Do I need a gym membership?

Absolutely not. I create a plan that’s specific to what equipment you have access to, and the location as to where you will be working out.

How will you correct my form?

In order for me to correct your form, we will either hop on a facetime call or I will get you to send me a video of you doing the exercise and I will break down the proper technique.

Can you cater to my dietary restrictions/preferences?

Yes. No matter the restriction or diet I will ensure the meal plan suits your needs.

Can I join from anywhere?

I currently work with clients from all over the globe. There are no restrictions when it comes to location.
